Hello Dolphin Friends and Families!
Morning & Afternoon Meeting
This week we practiced our dances and sang songs for morning and afternoon meeting. We practice the gummy bear dance in the morning, and we practice we like to move it in the afternoon. They are getting so good at dancing to the songs! They have so much fun when they can dance too!
Language and Literacy
This week we looked at the letter N! We made the letter N out of playdough, we practiced tracing the letter N, we practiced listening for the sound of the letter, and we colored and painted an N! They had so much fun this week learning about that letter and sound!
Math
This week we played number hopscotch, we counted numbers using balls of playdough, and we practiced tracing the numbers! We also sang the counting song! They had so much fun getting to move around and practice counting and their numbers!
Topic Exploration
The theme for this week was all about me and my body! We played a game where we ran and put stickers on our friends and Mr. Trey, we played a head shoulders knees and toes game, and we made skeletons!
Field Trip Day!
Here are some pictures of our friends enjoying our field trip today! They had so much fun planting their sweet potatoes and playing. They were so tired by the time we were back on the buses! They did great on their first field trip of the year!
Free Play!
Here are some pictures of our friends enjoying their playtime. We played in both the big room, the park, and at Izumi campus this week! They had such a good time playing in all of these places this week!
