Winter Activities/Last Day of Term 2

Reminders

We kindly ask that you dress your child in a suitable uniform to ensure they stay comfortable during the school day. Please continue to complete Class Dojo's temperature check each morning before 8am. Thank you for labeling your child's belongings for school. Please make sure new items (jackets, spoons, socks etc.) are also labelled.

Curriculum highlights

Hello everyone! This week, our class continued our Winter Wonderland theme by exploring winter activities. We enjoyed many fun crafts and hands-on activities that were perfect for the winter season and the upcoming holidays.

On Monday, we gathered for our morning assembly where we learned about caring and sharing with our friends through a fun and engaging puppet show, kindly presented by Ms. Ciena and Mr. Stephan.

On Tuesday, we worked together on a special Horsey craft in celebration of the upcoming Year of the Horse. It was a cooperative group artwork, and the children did a wonderful job working as a team to paint our horsey friend.

On Wednesday, we decorated our Christmas tree with colorful Christmas balls and created a handprint horse craft for the school display.

Thursday, our last day of Term 2, was extra special as we celebrated with our Seahorse friends in the big room. We made a cute penguin craft, sang Christmas carols with instruments, played lots of Christmas games, and enjoyed a cozy pajama day. The children looked absolutely adorable and stayed comfy all day long!
