Week 28 - November 21st, 2025

Morning & Afternoon Meeting

For morning meeting and afternoon meeting we are continuing to practice our different Celebration of Learning songs and dances. They are really doing great at practicing them. I really think they will do great for Celebration of Learning! They are doing great!

Language and Literacy

This week we learned about a new sound, 'ie'! We made a tie that says their name and tie on it! They were really excited to do this activity because they really love using scissors! We practiced writing different 'ie' words together. Then we had a scavenger hunt with different 'ie' around the classroom!! They really enjoyed language time this week.

Math

This week we continued to look at more. We used our alligators to see which groups were bigger. We added eyes to three different monsters. One was a number from the mystery box, then we had to draw more eyes and less eyes! We had a mini pizza party! We counted how many pizza slices we had and seen who had more and who had less! Then, we counted blocks and used our alligators to see which was bigger! They really are getting the hang of it now!!

Topic Exploration

This week's topic exploration was gymnastics! We did some classroom yoga together. We practiced different kinds of gymnastics stretches. We did some stretching with the big yoga ball. Then we used the tunnels to practice crawling
