Morning & Afternoon Meeting
For morning meeting and afternoon meeting this week was filled with a lot of dancing, laughing, and fun. We played games like the sequencing game, we danced to our favorite Danny Go dances, and we even got to have a morning meeting with the Pre-k friends this week! They all had so much fun dancing and playing together this week.
Language and Literacy
This week we looked at a new sound, the sound 'sh'! We practiced writing different 'sh' words. We played different 'sh' games like looking for words that have 'sh' in them and 'sh' tag all together!!
Math
This week we reviewed some things that we have learning this year in math. We played a game where you roll a dice to see how many spaces you can move. We tried color by number sheets, and we tried symmetry drawing again!!
Topic Exploration
This week's topic exploration was looking back on the year. We drew our favorite memory of the year! We decorated our own special picture frames! We used paper clay to cover a picture frame. Then, we painted it using a bunch of different colors! We also glued different beads to it as well to add more decoration to it.
End of Year Celebration!
Today was our end of year celebration. We played games, danced, played, and at the end of the day we watched Moomin and ate snacks all together! The games we played were musical chairs and find your friends! They had so much fun playing together today. Everyone was smiling and laughing all day today!
